Shipping Policy
For greeting cards, postcards and mini prints:
UK: from 90p First Class with Royal Mail
Europe: from £2.00 standard airmail
US: from £2.00 standard airmail
For digital prints:
UK: £1.90 Royal Mail 1st class standard
Europe: from £5.50 standard airmail
US: from £11 standard airmail
For linocut prints:
UK: £3.50 Royal Mail 1st class tracked
Europe: from £11.00 tracked airmail
US: from £13.00 tracked airmail
For Tee shirt and Coasters:
UK: £3.90 Royal Mail 1st class standard small parcel
Europe: from £8.00 standard airmail
US: from £18.00 standard airmail
Delivery Time:
UK: 1-3 working days
Rest of the world: 1 - 2 weeks
Please note some listings have a specific stated delivery time.
*Please note that custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer. And I cannot guarantee any delivery date. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Return Policy
I have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at beiworshopuk@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If you are returning items from outside the UK, please mark 'Returns' on the custom label. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please dispatch your returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can resolve the issue.
If a replacement is not possible, then a full refund, including postage costs will be given.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or custom or personalised orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
